Must I have the myBurgerLab+ app on my mobile phone to be a member?
Yes - you will need to use the myBurgerLab+ app to sign up for your membership, collect stamps and redeem your exclusive app-only deals and rewards. The app will also be our primary way of communicating with you about your membership
How do I download the myBurgerLab+ app?
It's easy! You can download and install the myBurgerLab+ app from the Google Play Store or Apple App Store. Or scan the QR code displayed at our labs or printed on your order receipt.
Do I get a myBurgerLab+ card after signing up?
A physical card failed our lab's cool factor test. So your membership will be a digital version stored within the app on your phone.
Do I have to pay for the membership?
Of course...not! But if you have some love to offer, give us an honest review via the myBurgerLab+ app.
How does the stamps system work?
It's really simple. You collect stamps by showing our cashier your unique member code when placing your order. You can earn 1 stamp per day, by spending a minimum of RM30 in a single transaction at any myBurgerLab outlet. Collect 4 stamps to redeem a free burger (ala carte). Track your progress on the stamp chart. The chart resets after collecting 4 stamps.
Using myBurgerLab+ app
How do I activate my account after signing up?
After you register, you'll receive a 6-digit verification code via SMS. Key in this code when you log in for the first time and you're all set. No burger flipping required.
Why didn't I receive the 6-digit verification code?
Please ensure that you've provided a correct and active Malaysian mobile number and request for the code again. If you have provided the correct mobile number, you should receive the code within 30 minutes. If you are encountering persistent issues with this after a few attempts, please contact us via WhatsApp (+6018 - 972 2620) or email (feedback@myburgerlab.com), and we will have our team assist you with the registration process as soon as we can.
Can I collect stamps for ordering a delivery?
Yes - you can collect stamps if you order directly from us at https://order.myburgerlab.com/.
I just placed my order and paid at the counter, how long does it take for my stamps to be updated in the app?
If you have provided the correct mobile number when ordering, you’ll receive a notification when your stamps are ready within 30 minutes. If you still have not received your stamps after more than 48 hours, please contact us via WhatsApp (+6018 - 972 2620) or email (feedback@myburgerlab.com), and our team will reach out to assist you as soon as we can.
What rewards do I get as a member?
Apart from basking in the cool factor of being a lab member, you will occasionally receive member-exclusive vouchers, get to take part in member-exclusive campaigns, as well as earn some exclusive rewards from time to time.
How do I earn bonus rewards?
From time to time, we will release fun and interactive games that you can play to win a free meal or limited edition myBurgerLab merchandise!
How do I redeem rewards?
To make a redemption, just show our Cashier the code for the reward that you would like to redeem. All rewards redeemed are final and will not be eligible for exchange of cash nor any other rewards. In other words, you cannot change your mind. Please check our terms and conditions for more details.
Can I redeem more than one reward at a time?
You can only redeem one reward per transaction. But if you are feeling generous and would like to redeem more than one reward for your family and friends, just ask the Cashier to split the bill into multiple transactions.
How can I check my accumulated stamps and the rewards?
You can view this information in the Stamps tab within the myBurgerLab+ app.
Will my stamps expire after a certain time?
No - your stamps do not have an expiry date.
Will my rewards expire?
Yes - we offer a variety of rewards and replace them from time to time. It's actually the perfect excuse to eat more burgers! Remember to check the rewards terms and conditions to avoid disappointments.
